Cheap Eats: Dino's Chicken & Burgers

Ell Pollo Loco on crack

Another Cheap eatery, good for the budget minded.
Their house sauce is simply amazing and very zesty,
tell them to slather your fries and chicken with it.
The most popular dish comes with an order of:

- 1/2 Chicken
-Fries
-Tortillas
-Cole Slaw

total $5

note: No bathroom to the public
lick them fingers

Cheap Eats: HOLE MOLE

I believe there are 3 Hole Mole restaurants in Long Beach.
$1 fish tacos, $1 taquitos, $1 cervices everyday 8-10 pm.
I ordered two of each to test.
I would say the fish tacos was the best from the $1 choice, a good late night munchie.
Total was $6.58 for everything. Wallet happy and stomach happy.

Long Beach Morning

I woke up at 5am because I couldn't sleep. I decided to
bike to the beach to see the sunrise/ take pictures. It has
been a rewarding 2 hour journey but my ass hurts from
riding a children's bike.

(sorry these aren't in order, but enjoy)

Long Bech pier before the sun rose.

Dead Angel

Birds are evil

At first 1 appeared at the presence of my pop-tart.
Then a whole squad started coming after my meal.

Queen Mary

I don't know how these people wake up to go fishing.
I would like to try one day.

explaining off camera lighting

HI, everyone this is my first post. Just checking this out!

My interest for taking pictures increased dramatically after being exposed to so many different blog sites and forums. I want to control lighting. I read some posts on David's blog. He is an enthusiastic "strobist" who explains in great detail about using flashes as a means of controling light. With the use of flashes, he is able to take with him a portable studio. David uses few equipment to start his "strobist" extravaganza. The unique part about David's blog is to teach people how to get their flashes off of their cameras to be able to position light wherever the person wants the light.

items neeeded for a two system lighting:
1. Two flashes - vivtar 285 ($100)
- Nikon sb 24-26 ($70)
- etc

2. Two stands - preferably Bogen tripods

3. Two camera umbrellas (to diffuse)

4. Radio signaled transmitter/receiver (or transceiver for extra $$)

5. of course camera and lens

6. And a patient subject :)

JUST CHECK OUT HIS BLOG! AND THANKS FOR READING MY FIRST POST!
